Guest House

The guest home at Tejas Ranch is 2800 sq. ft. The guest house downstairs is currently set up as a shop & gym. It has top shelf Whirlpool Gladiator wall grids and flooring and exposed duct a/c. The gym and cardio room feature durable rubber flooring. This downstairs could be easily converted to living quarters.

The guest house upstairs currently is used as an office. It has been used for living quarters in the past. It features a full kitchen, bath with clawfoot tub and chain toilet and vintage look stove stone fireplace.
